Resignations from Board of Directors

Following the conclusion of the recent referendum campaign, several of our long-time directors have decided to step back from their positions on the board.  We greatly appreciate their contributions to the electoral reform movement, thank them for their service and wish them all the best as they get re-acquainted with their families.

We hope that all of you will take advantage of this opportunity to
provide input into the future direction of electoral reform here in our
province and look forward to your continued participation in any of the
several active discussions now underway.  In particular, we would like
to call your attention to the following resources:

1) New Directions Committee

 - collecting all input on future mission and activities of Fair Voting BC

 - generating ideas to put forward to membership

 - fairly regular email activity over summer, some phone meetings likely

 - email Arjun Singh - arjun@stv.ca - if interested or for more information

 2) Planning AGM Committee

 - collect input about structure and timing of fall AGM

 - propose dates, location, and agenda of fall AGM to board
